Why We’re Raising Money

We are entering the foundational phase of building the PIES Economy, and we’re taking the first steps to correct systemic imbalances in today’s financial infrastructure.

This “seed funding” will cover:

• Regulatory navigation and compliance across U.S. jurisdictions

• Core platform development and security infrastructure

• Governance design, legal architecture, and institutional readiness

• Early operational capacity and public-facing education

Future Growth Round: $100 million

These costs should not be carried by working people.

The PIES Economy is designed for everyday people.
But it cannot be built on the backs of everyday people.

Working Americans are already overburdened by housing costs, healthcare, education, and a financial system that extracts more than it gives.  Asking them to fund the early construction of this system would contradict our mission.

A Movement for the People – Funded by Those Who Can Afford to Wait

The financial and economic infrastructure that we’re trying to reform is incredibly large and complicated.  Building financial institutions takes significant time and resources.

That’s why our first investors must:

• Have the capacity to commit meaningful capital (at least $100 thousand)

• Understand regulatory and systemic timelines

• Can afford patience

• Share our long-term vision for economic reform

This is why our early capital must come from:

• Accredited investors

• Venture capital firms

• Family offices

• Mission-aligned institutions

Retail participation will come later – once the system is built, stable, and accessible.

What We’re Looking for in Investors

We are intentionally selective.

PIES is not designed for:

• Short-term arbitrage

• Extractive profit maximization

• Growth-at-any-cost strategies

We are building an institution meant to last generations.

We seek investors who believe:
