The PIES Economy is a design for an economic ecosystem and the financial infrastructure that supports it. It’s centered around a clearing agency – the PIES Registry.
The PIES Economy OS is a digital platform that enables access to the PIES Economy through gateways.

Charlie Kritzmacher
CEO, Chief Executive Officer
Founder and Original Architect of the PIES Economy
Charlie is an inventor, leader, and life-long student. Along the way, he’s worked on data networks, smart homes, electric and autonomous vehicles, and more. He’s responsible for the design of the PIES Economy and execution of our mission. Still learning every day, Charlie tries to approach his role as CEO with humility and curiosity – lending essential balance to big ideas.
Kenbi Love
Lead Creative/Illustrator
Kenbi (he/they) is a visual artist who has worked in gallery exhibits, graphic design and comics. His experience translating abstract ideas into imagery brings visions of a new world to those looking to build it. He has joined the PIES team to amplify their mission to contribute to a future that centers our humanity.
